Slovak - Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce (SVCC)
The Slovak - Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce (SVCC) was established in 2005 as an independent non-profit association with the main task of developing and supporting the economic and business relationship between Slovakia and Vietnam.
We organize commercial meetings and trade missions, maintain good relationship with the official institutions and governmental organizations in both countries, arrange contacts between the Slovak and Vietnamese business partners, support export and import activities and develop existing and new commercial and investment opportunities.
Investment and Export/Import Support
Having a good knowledge of Vietnam and Slovakia and their respective business environments, we are able to offer to all interested business partners and investors expert help tailored to their needs in the partner country – ranging from making the initial contacts, through an export - import and investment advice and the analysis of market and business opportunities.
Our services, available not only for SVCC members, include providing economic information (statistical data, market analysis) and searching for the business partners in both countries. We also offer a trade contacts procurement and analysis of the products best suited for export or import.
Other activities consist of organizing trade fairs, presentations Slovak goods and services in Vietnam or Vietnamese trade presentations in Slovakia, giving business and legal advice, logistic, organisational and administration help, etc.
Doing Business in Vietnam and Commercial Cooperation with Slovakia
Our activities organized on governmental or international level include „The Slovak - Vietnamese Business Forum“ held under the patronage of the Slovak Ministry of Economy or the workshop „Doing Business in Vietnam“.
Slovak-Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce has also signed the Memorandum on Cooperation with the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and negotiated the trade cooperation between the shoe producers Thuy Khe and Obuv Partizanske. Apart from this, SVCC assists the personnel and human resource agencies in bringing qualified workers from Vietnam for large companies producing goods in Slovakia.
